***Recent land survey shows that this property is larger than what the current county plat map indicates. The property is actually 21 acres and not the 17.82 acres as previously thought.*** This property has some of the best million dollar views in South Utah County. The views face East/Northeast where you can see Salem, Woodland Hills, Elk Ridge and parts of the Gladstan Golf Course. It is surrounded by many orchards that have been there for generations.
